Our Company's Commitment and Culture

We do our utmost to uphold and champion intersectional inclusion. Every member of our team (and Board) have lived experience of being minoritised and marginalised through ethnicity, gender, disability, neurodivergence, and/or sexuality.

We operate on a largely work-from-home basis (we don’t have an office), with work events throughout the year, which only need to be attended by relevant staff. Our company culture is based in hospitality and comfort. Our style is informed, entirely professional, yet informal. We believe in flexibility and personal drive over rigidity and micro-management. As a micro-organisation with a huge footprint, each of our team members’ is responsible for pushing forward on their own tasks, clear communication, and solid outcomes.
