Changing your email address

Need to update your email address on Patchwork Hub? Follow these simple steps to make the change:

  1. Log in to your Patchwork Hub account. If you are having issues logging into your account, check out our I can't log into my account article.
  2. Once logged in, navigate to the top-right corner of the Patchwork Hub website next to your avatar image and click the drop-down menu. 
  3. On the drop-down menu, click the option which takes you to your dashboard. 

    1. If you are using a job seeker account click the Candidate Dashboard option.
    2. If you are using an employer account click the Employer Dashboard option.
  4. When you have arrived on your dashboard, navigate to the Settings button. This is on the left side, under ‘Account:’
  5. Now you are on your Account Details page, find the Email address option and type in your new email address.
  6. Once you are ready to update your email, click Save Changes.
  7. You will now be asked to verify your new email address. For more information on verifying your email address, read our article on this if required.
  8. Once you have verified your new email address you have successfully changed your email address!
