I can't log into my account

If you’re having trouble accessing your account, follow these steps:

Reset your password

  • If you would like to reset your password, navigate to the Log in button in the upper right-hand corner of any Patchwork Hub web page
  • Click Forgot Password? and enter the email address your Patchwork Hub account is registered with and then click Request Password
  • Once you have your email, click the Reset Password button, and enter your new password. Then you’re all set!
  • Check your spam or junk folder if you can’t see the email in your inbox.
