We have a great opportunity for a Senior Research Analyst. You will get to lead the design, development, and delivery of robust qualitative and multi-method research projects that directly address strategic and operational questions from senior stakeholders. The focus will be predominantly qualitative research, with some quantitative and multi-method research required. This includes managing research studies across professional (B2B) and citizen (B2C) customer groups, while also identifying opportunities to streamline, improve, and expand HMLR’s suite of qualitative and multi-method research.

As a hands-on research expert, you will design, manage and expand/improve high-quality qualitative and multi-method research studies, apply analytical techniques, and triangulate findings with existing knowledge and insight as well as other internal data to build compelling, evidence-based narratives that drive change. You will extract actionable insights from customer feedback and performance data, ensuring that customer metrics and insight are embedded into service design and performance management.
A key part of the role is to communicate findings clearly and persuasively, tailoring messages to different audiences and influencing decision-makers at all levels. You will champion the use of evidence to improve customer experience and support continuous improvement across the organisation.
